01What is the staff-to-dog ratio?
Typically one staff member for every 10 dogs, so every pup gets personal attention and supervision.
02What vaccinations does my dog need?
For the health and safety of every dog, we need proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, parvovirus and Bordetella (kennel cough).
03Can I tour the facility before enrolling my dog?
Absolutely! We encourage you to see the space before your dog’s first day. Just get in touch to book a time that suits you.
04How do you handle emergencies or medical situations?
Our staff are trained to handle emergencies and medical situations. We’re close to local vet clinics for immediate care if it’s needed, and we also have access to our own remote vet.
05What activities do you offer?
Supervised group play, one-on-one play, walks and toys, plus enrichment like puzzle toys and agility courses to keep busy minds happy.
06Do you separate dogs by size or temperament?
Yes. Dogs are grouped by size, temperament and energy level so everyone plays safely. Where it suits, we let different-sized dogs socialise at different times. If you’d rather we didn’t, just let us know.
07What should I bring at drop-off?
Any medication your dog needs, plus a leash and collar. We give treats during the day, so tell us about any medical or dietary requirements.
08Can my dog stay for daycare after a groom?
Yes, that’s what we’re all about! Book a groom and your dog can spend the rest of the day playing in our huge play space. Pick them up whenever suits you.
09When are you open?
Tuesday to Thursday, 7:30am to 6pm. Drop off from 7:30am and pick up any time before close.
